Every order we ship leaves from our warehouse in Florida. If you have a question or an inquiry about your order, go to "My account "; at the bottom, under "review orders" click on "view full report" to get information about all our orders. Or you can email us at customer@Idakoos.com

• Order Status
To see your order status, just log into your account. On the my account page, at the bottom in the “review orders” area you will be able to see the status of every order you have made.
• Modify an order
If you want to modify an order, you must contact the Customer Service Department and give us your order number. Our staff will provide you with the help you need.
• Return your order
If you already received your order and are not satisfied with the product, please contact our Customer Service Department to solve your problem.
• My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If you didn’t receive your order, but the order status says it was shipped, please contact our Customer Service Department. Provide us with your order number and we will identify the problem.
• Can I place an order by phone?
