Can I place an order by phone?

Unfortunately that is currently not possible. The only way to place an order with Idakoos is via our website. If you need help placing your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly Customer Service staff with any questions you might have.

How long will items stay in my Shopping Cart?

If you have enabled cookies from Idakoos you will be able to return after 6 months and still find your selection ready to check out.

What payments methods do you accept?

You can pay either via PayPal. Both are safe and trusted companies that allow payment via Debit Card, Credit Card and, in the case of PayPal, a bank account. For more information, please visit PayPal for more information.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military bases?

We do ship to Military addresses. Please ensure that your address is complete and contact our Customer Service Department after placing your order to ensure it will be sent via Priority Mail – otherwise you might not see your order for a long time.

I need to change my order!

If for any reason you need to make a change to your order (e.g. changing the size or color of a product) please contact our Custoemr Service Department [link to contact us]. We will change your order for you any time. Please note that once shipped, we have no way of modifying your order.

I added the wrong shipping address by accident!

Changing your address before your order has been shipped is no problem. Contact us [link to contact us] and we willy modify it for you. Once shipped, we can unfortunately not make any changes for you.

I haven't received my order

If you are an international customer and your order has been shipped less than a week ago, please have some patience as customs might delay your order. If more time has passed or you are not an international customer, please contact our Customer Service Department to solve this issue for you.

I need my order very soon!

If your order is for a birthday that is coming up soon, you have a special event you need it for or you simply don’t want to wait, please contact our Customer Service Department to speed things up as much as possible for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Please note that international orders may run late due to delay by customs. Please contact your local customs office first. International orders may also be subject to customs fees, taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for determining if extra costs are applicable to their orders. Please call your local customs office for more information. Idakoos is not responsible for any incurred fees and is not liable for packages confiscated by customs. Should the customer refuse the shipment and those extra costs fall on Idakoos, the customer will not be refunded.
