Placing an order

To place an order browse our store and look for items you want. Once you find a design you like select your size, your product color and the color of the print and the quantity. After it is to your liking, click the "add to cart" button. Your item will be sent to your Shopping Cart where you can revise the quantity or remove the item completely. If you are happy with your selection, you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping. If you decide to check out you will be prompted to log in, if you have not done so. Should you not have a log in yet, you can quickly create one, free of charge. Don't worry, your items stay in your shopping cart! Once logged in, you are given the option to pay via PayPal or with a gift card.

Editing your order

Everyone makes mistakes! If you haven't paid for your order yet, just go to "My account". In the "My orders" section look for the order you want to change and click on the "Edit" button next to it. The items in question are sent back to your shopping cart where you can change the quantity, remove them or add more. If you need to change any aspect of your order after payment, just contact our Customer Service Department to make the necessary changes for you!

Order Status

After placing your order, you will be sent an e-mail to confirm your order. You will also be sent an e-mail once your order is ready to be shipped and then once again with your Delivery confirmation number. You can also always check on the status of your order at Idakoos.com. Just log in and click on "My account" at the top of the page - right next to your shopping cart. Under "My orders" you will see a report of all orders placed to date. There you can edit them, pay for them, delete them and check their status.


If you want to customize an item and cannot do it via our Customization platform, please contact our Customer Service Department. We are happy to help you and work with our designers to modify the designs to best fit your needs.

Canceling an order

If you want to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Department to further assist you. Please remember that we cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped.

International Orders

We ship to any country possible. International orders may run late due to delay by customs. Please contact your local customs office first. International orders may also be subject to customs fees, taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for determining if extra costs are applicable to their orders. Please call your local customs office for more information. Idakoos is not responsible for any incurred fees and is not liable for packages confiscated by customs. Should the customer refuse the shipment and those extra costs fall on Idakoos, the customer will not be refunded
